Meditation Testimonials
I enjoyed the session and welcomed the chance to sit in stillness. I thought the pace was effective and the guidance helpful, particularly in acknowledging what might come up as well as how to respond to the busy mind with compassion.
I really liked Dom’s relaxing tone. He was able to guide the meditation in a supportive and non-judgemental way. Certainly an excellent way to end the day.
Dominic planned and instructed wonderful sessions. His content was thoughtfully crafted and he instructed us in such a kind demeanour. I participated in both in-person and online meditations. I am thankful for his gentleness and grace in ensuring every participant was well-supported and fully listened to. Thank you Dominic.
It was a great session. While I have meditated in the past, this was the first time in some years. Despite this, I still felt relaxed and comfortable thanks to Dom’s calming nature and confident execution.
Dom has a calm and reassuring manner, and he guided the meditation session professionally and seamlessly.
